What is a “Low Country” Boil?

The "Low Country" boil is a single pot meal. Traditionally it combined corn, potatoes, sausage and shrimp into a tasty supper that could feed a crowd. In our boil we add onions, butter and some signature spices to draw out the flavor of these key ingredients. We know that you'll love the experience and flavor of our seafood boil!

What Makes Our Boil Better?

  • The Seafood.

    We use the highest quality 21-25 count jumbo shrimp. We test our sources for flavor, appearance, and ease of peeling. We use local sources during shrimp season. You can also add-on sweet crab legs, split lobster tails, little-neck clams and succulent mussels.

  • All the Fixin's.

    Traditionally, a Low Country boil combined corn, potatoes and sausage with the seafood. In our boil we also add onions and butter. We spice with Old Bay, flavor with lemons, and provide cocktail sauce.

  • The Pot.

    Don't worry if your beach home has a boil pot, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. We provide the steamer pot for you. We have several convenient drop-off locations for you once you’ve finished your boil.
